Lowell Lock Monsters

On December 3, 2005 I was excited to be invited to a semipro american hockey league for the Lowell Lock Monsters and I was excited to find that when the home team scored their first goal, everyone was to throw the toy that they were given or purchased. I don't know what you had to do to get one, but it was awesome! I saw them score and the crowd was on their feet, THEN the stuffed animals came. They rained down on the ice like a hail storm. It was the highlight of the game. I told my friend that it would be almost impossible to beat that part of the game. This was the first period too! Two more periods left, but I was correct, that was the highlight. There is another shot where people are allowed to throw in little foam orange hockey pucks that are for the time between periods. They have a small bullseye on the center ice and if your puck gets the closes to the little 2' wide cicle, you win $250.00. It seems that it's a great time, as well as for those who like to keep the pucks until later and throw them at players or other people in the Tsongus Arena. I was surprised also that there was such a difference between the home team's fans and the semi local home team of the Providence Bruins. There was many people who came up from Rhode Island to root on the "home" team. I was surprised to see some Danvers Falcons from Danvers, MA there. I saw them and thought 'huh, locals' but then I was local too, well sorta. I told my friend, almost catching my breath as I joked how I was and would probably talk through the WHOLE game. Funny. I guess when I get excited I talk and want to share.

visit a reservoir. I like taking my dogs here because it is often used by people who are either dog friendly or who have dogs themselves. People come here to fish and normally do so along the edge of the water which leaves the main trails open for my dogs to run around with me. There are a few trails that are well used and often kept of dog refuses and human trash. At the end of many trains there are areas to get into the reservoir. I like that my dogs can go into the water in the summer to cool off. The trees make for a nice cool cover in the summer when it can get extremely warm. I also like that on other locations that I can walk the dogs along the side with a usual cool breeze off the water.
